4TH ANNUAL CHILI COOK-OFF
SUNDAY, AUGUST 31, 2008

6:30 – 8:30 P.M.
You are invited to participate in the 10th Annual Oak Leaf Festival Chili Cook-Off
to be held Sunday, August 31, 2008. The cost per entry is $10.00. Cost will
include table setup and power supply if needed. You will need to supply serving
bowls / cups and utensils. If you would like to sell drinks, nachos or hot dogs at
your table to benefit your business, you may do so.
Chili will be judged in two categories – individual and business. Cash prizes will
be awarded for the hottest and best tasting chili in each category. There will also
be a “Mayor’s Choice Award”. Judging will be done by tasters. A trophy will also
be awarded to the best theme decorated booth.
All entries must be received no later than August 28th. Please fill out the attached
entry form and mail it with the entry fee to: Oak Leaf Festival Chili Cook-Off, P. O.
Box 13, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
