| 4th ANNUAL OAK HILL’S GOT TALENT Oak Leaf Festival Oak Hill's Got Talent Thursday, Septmber 1, 2011 You are invited to participate in the 4th Annual Oak Leaf Festival's Oak Hill's Got Talent! The talent show will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the NEW Ampitheater 100 Kelly Ave. in beautiful downtown Oak Hill. There will be two divisions – Children – 12 years old and under; and Adult – over 12 years old. A first place CASH prize will be awarded in each division. A Few Rules 1. You must complete an application in order to perform in the talent show (you cannot just show up). 2. There is an entry fee of $10 for the adult division and $5 for the children division. 3. All acts/performances are limited to six (6) minutes. NO EXCEPTIONS 4. Any act with more than five (5) participants requires prior approval (to make sure we can accommodate your needs) 5. All content is to be “G” rated (no cursing, foul language, spitting, chewing, nakedness, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, etc.) 6. You must supply all costumes, props, music, instruments, etc. 7. We will not have a practice session before the show. 8. Using music? You must provide your CD labeled with your name, track number, and side number, and name of song. Make sure your CD is cued up before turning it in. 9. If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian must sign a release. 10. Judges decisions are final. No contestant, parent, or group member is to have personal contact before, during, or after the performance with any judge. 11.
